DNA Oligonucleotides

DNA Oligonucleotides are synthesized on the basis of customer design, with rigorous quality controls at each synthesis stage. They can be used in a variety of applications, including PCR, cloning, sequencing and Real-Time PCR.

Available in several degrees of purity, the Microgem DNA Oligonucleotides are supplied in a synthesis scale range of 0.025 to 15 µm and length between 10-120 bases. Moreover, for specific applications, it is possible to require modifications of the nucleotide sequence at 3′ and 5′ with biotin, amines or fluorophores.
